Compassionate Chronic Mental Illness Specialist

The role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to provide coordinated clinical-care and therapeutic services to clients living with chronic mental illness in Broken Hill, Dubbo and across Western NSW.
The successful candidate will facilitate a recovery-oriented service in keeping with the current guidelines, delivering a mix of therapy and case management in line with client needs.
This position is based in Dubbo, NSW and you will join a dedicated team of clinical professionals, community engagement specialists and administrative staff.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:- A credentialed mental health nurse (with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses ACMHN) registered with AHPRA or ability to work towards.
- Postgraduate experience of at least two years as a mental health nurse in a clinical role.
- Providing individualised care plans and facilitating access to support networks.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
