Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will become a trusted partner to Business Unit managers, providing leadership, advice, and coaching to support the growth, development, and engagement of our people.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support key HR activities and initiatives, while assisting with day-to-day business-as-usual operations across multiple diverse teams.

  • Work closely with the business to deliver our business and people strategy, focusing on building a flexible and adaptable workforce, driving leadership capability, improving productivity, and creating safe workplaces.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of HR-related experience, with a proven track record in providing HR solutions in an operational environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Experience in change management and consulting, with a strong understanding of strategic HR practices and their impact on business outcomes.

    • Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity while maintaining discretion and strict confidentiality.

    • Demonstrated experience in complex environments (e.g., managing multiple business units and navigating numerous industrial awards).

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working with employees at all levels of the organisation and adapting to diverse work styles.
