Your Role:

As an Inbound Sales Rep, your primary responsibilities will include converting inquiries into sales, providing exceptional customer care, and promoting our premium turf products. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager and Marketing Team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales success, meeting targets and overcoming objections using strong sales methodology
  • Love for all things green, including horticulture, gardening, turf, and lawn care
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in people and high levels of customer care
  • Desire for turf industry product knowledge to provide advice for customers in areas of turf varieties, DIY project processes
  • Negotiation skills and ability to perform sales processes with a positive mindset around striving to attain agreed company sales targets
  • Methodical with administrative tasks required to perform the role at high levels
