• Staff Supervision: Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, caregivers, and support staff.
• Care Planning: Overseeing development and implementation of individual care plans for each resident, considering their unique health requirements and preferences.
• Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
• Family Communication: Communicating effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, providing updates on their loved one's condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.
