Support Worker

Make a positive difference in the lives of our older clients by providing them with home help services and personal care. We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in the Kempsey NSW area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general housekeeping and laundry services for clients
- Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Provide personal care services such as showering, dressing and assisting with medication
- Assist with mobility and therapy goals
- Provide social and emotional support to clients
- Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments
Requirements:
- Australian Driver's Licence & own insured vehicle
- 3 months or more experience in a similar professional role, with experience in aged care
