Job Title: Support Worker

Make a positive difference in the lives of our older clients by providing them with home help services and personal care. We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in the Kempsey NSW area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general housekeeping and laundry services for clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Provide personal care services such as showering, dressing and assisting with medication
  • Assist with mobility and therapy goals
  • Provide social and emotional support to clients
  • Transport clients to lifestyle activities or appointments

Requirements:

  • Australian Driver's Licence & own insured vehicle
  • 3 months or more experience in a similar professional role, with experience in aged care
