Beauty Retail Manager

We're looking for a talented Beauty Retail Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to our customers.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Be the role model to your team by showcasing Sephora's DNA and embodying our values.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team.
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team and provide effective feedback.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters.


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across all our categories and store functions, from beauty and skincare to haircare and wellness. You'll be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.



Requirements:


  • Previous retail management experience with a proven track record of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • A drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
