About the Role

We are looking for a professional to build strong relationships and make a meaningful difference in people's lives through everyday interactions.

  • Support and coordinate teams within our neighbourhoods
  • Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage requests, concerns, and inquiries efficiently
  • Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhoods
  • Creation of correspondence and documentation as needed
  • Organize appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting preparations effectively
  • Monitor, order, and distribute office supplies and arrange maintenance/repairs of equipment
  • Evaluate and maintain the integrity and accuracy of information in our systems and databases
  • Utilize mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
  • Assist senior staff with special projects as required
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Intermediate – Advanced skills in using mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
