Job Title: Coal Processing Plant Operator
We are seeking experienced Coal Processing Plant Operators to join our team in Central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor the preparation plant to optimize production and quality as directed by the Production Supervisor.
  • Manage coal stockpiles using dozers to ensure optimal storage and reclaim operations.
  • Perform train loading operations according to schedules and blend parameters.
  • Conduct first response breakdown maintenance tasks as required.
  • Carry out planned maintenance activities and inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical trade.
  • Previous experience as an Operator Maintainer on a coal processing plant.
  • Experience with stockpile dozers highly regarded.
  • Current Coal Board Medical Certificate.
  • Standard 11 certification.
  • Australian Driver's License.
  • Right to Work in Australia.
  • Safety Access Rail Corridor (SARC) certification highly regarded.
  • LVR/CPR certification (if applicable).
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and ability to work safely within a dynamic team.
