Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first and key point of contact for customers;
  • Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
  • Process customer orders and/or enquires;
  • Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills:

  • Telephone manner;

Previous Call Centre Experience:

  • Preferably in the food service industry;

Computer Skills:

  • Word and Excel; a must.

Working under Pressure:

  • Capable of working in an exciting team environment.
