About the Opportunity
">Our organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our distribution centre.
">- You will oversee the warehouse team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives and adhere to company policies.
- Implementing changes and actions as directed by senior management.
- Monitoring performance management, providing leadership, mentoring and guidance to the team.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the supply of quality parts to both external customers and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Liaising with freight companies to follow up freight shortages and process claims for damaged or missing freight.
- Managing and supporting the day-to-day operations, activities and co-workers of the inbound team including rostering, breaks.
- Ensuring KPIs are communicated and achieved throughout the team.

- Displaying resilience, professionalism and enthusiasm to motivate the team to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Maintaining strong business relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Having intermediate to advanced computer skills, experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Having an understanding and experience with earthmoving / construction equipment or related industry.
