**Mental Health Support Role**

We are seeking experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team, who have a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with minor and complex mental health needs.

This rewarding role involves working with adults requiring support within the home, involving In Home Care and Community Access.

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts on Monday, with times to be determined.

Positions may be available in surrounding suburbs.

Key competencies for this role include:

  • Experience and/or academic or professional experience in mental health or a similar field (i.e., Psychology, Nursing, Community Services, Youth Work or Social Work)
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven
  • Reliable, kind, and caring nature, with good work ethics
  • Patient and understanding
  • Well-presented and a professional approach
  • Able to positively engage, interact, and work with people who have complex needs
