Clinical Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at KinCare. As a KinCare community nurse, you will play a vital role in providing essential care to our elderly customers across the Central Coast, within the comfort of their own homes.
In this casual position, you will provide a range of clinical support services, including medication administration, wound care, observations, catheter management, stoma care, and PEG feeding. You will also conduct comprehensive assessments, including evaluations of cognitive function and continence, while supporting care plans and providing solutions tailored to each customer's individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support services to elderly customers within their homes

- Work closely with families, General Practitioners, and the KinCare team
We are looking for a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously. You will have a genuine interest in working in the community and with the elderly, with experience in community nursing being ideal. You will also have:
- Full AHPRA registration
- Available minimum 2 days per week (preferably Tuesday & Wednesday)
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence with a reliable and insured vehicle
- Genuine interest in working in the community and with the elderly
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Double COVID vaccinated and willing to undergo a functional assessment
