Policy Officer Job Description

The Policy Officer will be responsible for supporting policy and initiatives related to the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme (FVISS) and the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework (MARAM).

This role requires the ability to analyze data, develop insights, and create meaningful reports to support oversight of implementation progress.

  • Collect and evaluate data on implementation progress and reform outcomes.
  • Analyze data to develop and maintain data products, including dashboards.
  • Support policy and project development, consultation, advice, and delivery of a program of work.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex environment.
