Job Title: Clinical Educator

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled clinical educator to join our Residential Clinical Governance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful, best-practice training and education programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments.

About the Role:

  • The Clinical Educator will work closely with leadership across our homes to deliver engaging learning experiences that truly matter.
  • This role involves managing training records in our Learning Management System, contributing to quality audits, and reporting on compliance.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and hold a valid Drivers License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate engaging programs aligned with our training matrix and competency assessments.
  • Respond to specific learning needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage training records in our Learning Management System.
  • Contribute to quality audits and report on compliance.

About You:

  • We are seeking a registered nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
  • A background in training, education, or learning and development is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
