Job Title:

Clinical Educator - Albany

Overview:

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Residential Clinical Governance Team, responsible for delivering impactful training and education to our team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and facilitate engaging training programs aligned with our competency assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage training records in our Learning Management System and contribute to quality audits.
  • Foster a culture of learning, care, and excellence across our aged care service.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with 3+ years' experience in residential aged care and/or acute environments.
  • Background in training, education, or learning and development.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions and programs.
