About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Director to lead our team in providing expert guidance and strategic direction to our clients. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cyber security strategies that address the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cyber Pre-Sales and Solutioning: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop pragmatic solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients on cyber security best practices and emerging trends.
  • Cyber Security Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security strategies that address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain high-level cyber architectures and designs across multiple security competencies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Experience in leading and managing teams of cyber security professionals.
  • Strong technical expertise in cyber security, including cloud security, identity and access management, and incident response.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT industry.
