Manufacturing Technician

You will be a vital contributor to our production process, ensuring the quality and finish of our products meet high standards.

  • Perform hands-on tasks, adhering to standard operating procedures and aviation regulations.
  • Remove surface coatings and minor corrosion from aircraft or components.
  • Prepare and pre-treat surfaces for painting and coating.
  • Seal structural seams on aircraft and components.
  • Install and remove non-structural components from aircraft.
  • Paint and surface coat aircraft and component surfaces.
  • Interpret and apply technical data related to aviation maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as per industry regulations and quality control procedures.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a trade apprenticeship with relevant experience in a Spray Painter role; automotive or aviation industry background preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in quality assurance procedures (aviation-specific experience an asset).
  • Show knowledge of environmental health and safety protocols.
  • Experience working with aircraft maintenance technical data an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong professional skills: attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent workplace behavior.
