As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets; developing sales personnel; and ensuring external and internal customer satisfaction. Key duties include:

  • Developing strategies to meet production targets.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to the upgrades team.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Assisting in onboarding and training new employees.
  • Creating training programs for staff development and retention.
  • Establishing a feedback reporting process for performance.
  • Collaborating with the PD on retention strategies.
  • Managing an efficient sales floor and resources.
