Clinical Leadership Role

Regia Ceramica seeks an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical services across various programs.

We are looking for a professional who can provide leadership, support, and guidance to a multi-disciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide clinical and people leadership, supporting and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Clinical Care Planning: Assess, develop, review, and deliver Clinical Care Plans.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related enquiries.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including referrers and allied health professionals.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilise clinical expertise to assess, evaluate, and implement appropriate care interventions.
  • Mentorship and Training: Train, mentor, and support care workers as required.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with accreditation standards (ACHS, NDIS), external legislation, and internal policies.
  • Audit and Reporting: Contribute to Clinical Coordinator meetings and audits, both internal and external.
  • Service Excellence: Promote a strong customer service focus and culture of compliance.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date client care plans and documentation.
  • Business Growth: Actively contribute to business growth by supporting service quality and billable hours targets.
Requirements:
  • Nursing Registration: Current AHPRA Nursing Registration (Essential).
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years' post-registration nursing experience.
  • Leadership and Management: Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.
  • Community Support: Experience supporting clients in the community, including NDIS and HCP clients.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Strong clinical knowledge of Aged Care legislation and compliance standards.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Computer Literacy: Sound computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).
  • Certifications: Current Police Check and Driver's Licence.
