National Service Administration Manager

About the Role:
The National Service Administration Manager is a key position within the Australian service business, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is responsible for managing the administration teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to ensure fluent business operations across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administrative and operational needs of the Service Branches, including the General Manager, Service Managers, Service Technicians, and contractors.
- Support the creation and implementation of process and workflow improvements to enhance business efficiency and resource management.
- Maintain service contracts, scheduling, service ticket creation, and invoicing.
- Assist Service Managers in ensuring the Service team meets company expectations for daily documentation, enabling accurate and timely invoicing.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Service Managers to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the Service department.
- Implement new systems to manage teams and technicians, focusing on planning and efficiency.
- Maintain high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address client issues, including invoice queries, technician attendance, or changes in plans as required by the business.
- Ensure timesheet timeliness and accuracy as part of this process.
- Organize work in assigned regions to enhance productivity.
- Monitor aged debt and ensure scheduling aligns with Carrier's payment terms.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the HVAC industry is preferred.
- Proven people management and team leadership skills.
- Customer relationship management expertise.
- Demonstrated success in organizing multiple tasks within a flexible working environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP experience would be an advantage.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Results-oriented and robust attention to detail.
