Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality, evidence-based primary health care to vulnerable young people.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing complex cases independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with youth populations, including Aboriginal young people and those under Guardianship.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Experience working with vulnerable youth populations, including Aboriginal young people and those under Guardianship.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
