About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Park Operations Coordinator to join our team at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Park Manager in the daily management of our holiday park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead your team to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure that all park facilities are well-maintained.
  • Guest Service and Payments: Handle after-hours call-outs, collect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residents, and manage the financial aspects of the park.
  • Administration and Coordination: Assist with budgeting, staff rosters, performance management, and recruitment.
Requirements
  • Tourism and Hospitality Experience: Previous experience as a manager in hospitality or tourism is essential.
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative and computer skills are required to perform duties efficiently.
  • Team Development and Customer Service: You must have experience in developing team members and providing excellent customer service.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial controls and practices is necessary to manage the park's finances effectively.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum depending on experience.
