ADF Rehabilitation Professional

At our organization, we deliver workplace health services to support ADF personnel with physical and/or psychological injuries.
Our team focuses on recovery and function to help clients get back to work and life. We provide services through federal and state-based Workers Compensation schemes and Life Insurance.
As a rehabilitation consultant, you will apply clinical reasoning skills to support ADF personnel in their journey from rehab to healing.
- Taking a holistic care approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team for the entire rehabilitation process.
- You will perform various assessments depending on your area of expertise.
- Collaboration with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, treatment providers, and allied health professionals is essential.
- You will develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans based on service delivery outcomes.
KPIs focus on genuine person-centred goals and service delivery results.
We offer a set schedule for balance between work and life: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-1:30pm. Our location at RAAF Base Townsville provides an excellent working environment.
