Senior API Engineer

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop robust reusable and supportable digital assets.
    • Drive technology standards and mentor developers across squads.
    • Build and maintain APIs using Spring Boot Apache Camel Node.js and AWS services.
    • Contribute to agile delivery processes and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in API and integration development.
  • Deep knowledge of REST SOAP pub-sub messaging patterns and microservices.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins Maven and JIRA.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills Java 17 or later.
  • Strong AWS experience e.g. EC2 S3 Lambda CloudWatch.
  • Background in Agile delivery and DevOps culture.
