Learning & Development:
All employees of Spectrum Care participate in regular training sessions to support individuals in achieving the needed outcomes that underpin a person-centered practice. Your participation level and delivery of support are assessed and reviewed regularly.
COVID-19 considerations:
We ensure all support workers are up to date with the latest information on COVID-19. Complete webinar training addressing staff responsibilities, our preparedness, and response as specified in the Spectrum Care pandemic management plan.
Strict compliance with Covid-19 PHU orders at Spectrum Care DRS and mandatory screening of staff, and daily health declaration.
