New Home Sales Consultant

We are seeking high performing sales individuals to represent us at our beautifully presented display home centres within Victoria's Regional North.

This role is perfect for a highly driven salesperson who wants to create a rewarding and successful career in property and construction.

  • Meeting and greeting prospects/customers as they walk through our Display Home;
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations;
  • Working closely with our customers to design their dream home;
  • Converting leads into sales;
  • Opening and closing our Display Homes, maintaining their cleanliness and promotional material; and
  • Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers, and local community providers
