Associate Private Banker Job Summary

  • Partner closely with Private Bankers to manage day-to-day client needs and coordinate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, reflecting the high standard of care our clients expect
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support high-net-worth clients with their banking needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
  • Work closely with Private Bankers to develop and implement strategies that meet client needs and expectations
  • Coordinate solutions to meet client requirements, leveraging knowledge of lending and consumer banking products
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, providing insight into client preferences and behaviors
Requirements:
  • Possession of RG146 Tier 2 compliance certification
  • Experience in banking, finance, or wealth management environments, with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Confidence working with complex financial products and services, including lending and consumer banking options
