Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to our Global Payment Solutions team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in calendar management, email and written communication, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will also possess strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex executive meetings and appointments
- Manage email and written correspondence
- Prepare presentation materials and documents
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations as needed
