  • Oversight and management of high-profile contracts
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through day-to-day delivery team management
  • Collaboration with multiple teams to achieve program goals
  • Financial planning and budgeting for maximum productivity

Key responsibilities

You'll work closely with clients and stakeholders to:

  • Maintain programmatic outcomes and ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations
  • Establish regular customer service reviews and develop improvement plans
  • Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns quickly and professionally

What we need from you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A deep understanding of service management principles and frameworks (such as ITIL)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives at once

Requirements

While no one is perfect, we'd love it if you had:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or project management
  • Ten or more years of experience in a program or project management role
  • A broad technical understanding of telecommunications processes and systems
