Technical Solutions Expert

As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions and helping to solve real business problems for valued clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into infrastructure and software capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
  • Translate requirements into infrastructure and software capabilities
  • Participate in providing gap analyses, highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices, and competition
  • Contribute to the timely delivery of cloud-based solutions
  • Help identify and resolve technical challenges
  • Produce detailed technical summaries and executive reports for relevant stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience across Linux and UNIX systems
  • Hands-on experience with cloud implementation and support
  • Knowledge of AWS and OCI platforms
  • Experience building cloud environments using Terraform
  • Excellent management, stakeholder engagement, and technical communication skills
