About This Role

This is a dynamic role that plays a crucial part in helping customers achieve their property ownership goals.

As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to provide exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless lending processes.

The role involves working closely with customers to identify their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

  • You will be responsible for processing lending applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Catch errors and anomalies in credit reports to avoid potential issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by delivering outstanding customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support customers in saving for, buying, and owning their own home or investment property.
  2. Process lending applications accurately and efficiently.
  3. Maintain relationships with existing customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
