Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a leadership role in our maintenance team. As Line Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with engineering procedures and certification requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet maintenance targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain the engineering infrastructure necessary to support aircraft maintenance activities.
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver general support to the broader operations.
  • Monitor and control costs associated with aircraft maintenance.
  • Manage the serviceability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
  • Ensure the timely completion of all maintenance activities.
  • Implement productivity and efficiency gains.
  • Amend regulatory and maintenance data as required.
  • Manage Preventative Maintenance/Service Programs for GSE.
  • Other duties as specified in the Maintenance Organisation Exposition.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in airline operations.
  • Able to manage a close-knit team while working independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines in high-pressure environments.
