We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Services Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality, tailored case management services. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and supporting them to achieve their employment goals.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team in driving participant acquisition initiatives, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and quality standards, and monitoring caseload volumes. They will also support negotiation and management of wage subsidies, oversee placement, anchoring, and tracking of participants through employment outcomes, and develop strategic partnerships with employers and community stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with people with disabilities or relevant qualifications in employment or disability services. You will also require a deep understanding of IEA guidelines, compliance, and performance frameworks. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, coaching, and mentoring abilities are essential.
