Key Role:

The Senior Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at deepening engagement, enhancing brand awareness, fostering advocacy, and driving sales through our practitioner channels, with a focus on digital marketing and education.

This position centers around healthcare professionals (HCPs) for our iconic Metagenics brand. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and an understanding of HCP needs, regulatory environment, and industry trends.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to health practitioners engaged in natural health solutions.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing strategies to engage HCPs and educate them on Metagenics' benefits, science, and competitive advantages.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with global and regional education and creative teams to create educational materials, clinical guides, case studies, and digital content that resonates with health practitioners.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing within the healthcare community, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Event: Collaborate with Event & Communications Specialist to plan HCP-targeted events such as webinars, seminars, conferences, and industry trade shows to build brand visibility, foster relationships, and drive awareness of Patient Connect.
  • Market Intelligence: Understand the needs, trends, and challenges of healthcare professionals, ensuring marketing strategies are aligned with industry demands and business objectives.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Track, analyse and report on the performance of HCP marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in OTC, consumer or supplements marketing.
  • Experience in content creation for HCPs, particularly in supplements, nutrition, or wellness.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding of HCP needs, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
