The Role Offers

This role offers the opportunity to drive business strategy and execution in a technology-led financial services business. You will leverage our advanced data platform and work with stakeholders to develop, test, and implement business strategies and programs optimising business profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive development, execution, and performance monitoring of business strategies and initiatives, partnering with sales leaders to optimise business profitability.
  • Continuously develop and refine financial reporting, ensuring data-driven insights for strategic decision-making at executive and senior leadership levels.
  • Produce impactful business performance reports and analyses for key stakeholders, offering strategic insights on market and business trends.
  • Develop and maintain business analysis across large datasets using advanced analytics tools to inform business decisions.
  • Champion the development and continuous improvement of sophisticated analytical models, leveraging statistical and database tools to deepen market understanding and enhance business decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analytics role, with preference given to business intelligence and statistical analysis experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
  • Solid foundation in financial modelling and a robust analytical skillset.
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets, translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced settings, embraces challenges, and is capable of managing multiple priorities.
