Job Description

Our team provides specialist alcohol and other drug therapeutic counselling using evidence-based psychological interventions in the Bayside Catchment.

We offer a wide range of healthcare, social support, disability, and welfare services for all members of the community through our multi-disciplinary teams across 22 locations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor or higher qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling
  • Core Competencies in AOD
  • Demonstrated understanding of therapeutic approaches in counselling and matching stages of treatment to stages of change
  • Comprehensive understanding of harm reduction principles and practice
  • Sound organisational, analytical, and time management skills
