The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to lead our pastry team and drive the success of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and Supervising a team of pastry chefs to ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity.
  • Crafting innovative and delicious pastry products that meet the unique tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product range and ensuring that all pastry products meet our high standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a senior pastry chef or executive pastry chef role.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with your team and other stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Sound judgment to make informed decisions and adapt to changing business needs.
