Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Management: Oversee site operations, including management of site project teams, coordination of internal and external resources, and resolution of site issues in a timely manner.
  • Quality Assurance and Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with quality assurance and health and safety protocols, and implement measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Cost and Time Management: Monitor and control project costs and timelines, and implement measures to prevent delays and cost overruns.
  • Liaison with Clients and Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Trade or Tertiary Qualifications: Electrical engineering or similar trade or tertiary qualifications.
  • Project Management Qualifications: Project management qualifications will be advantageous.
  • Proven Experience: Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach.
  • High-Level Organisation and Time Management Skills: High level of organisation and time management skills.
