About the Role

This role involves attending scheduled tasks, diagnosing and resolving service requests, and conducting preventative maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending daily scheduled tasks and servicing as per run sheet
  • Diagnosing and problem-solving service requests with a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conducting preventative maintenance, including pre-home handover drain camera inspections
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing detailed reports of work completed through Simpro
  • Participating in regular meetings to discuss best practices and company updates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Current WA Plumbing & Gas fitting licenses
  • A current WA manual driver's license
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional outcomes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
