We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at our Welshpool office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our mission of making life better through innovation in everyday water experiences.

As the Plumbing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, resolving in-market AS&S issues, leading the resolution of quality issues affecting installations, and staying updated on industry standards.

Key responsibilities include acting as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical support, resolving AS&S issues, leading quality issue resolutions, providing troubleshooting and technical solutions for customer problems, and guiding the business on training impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the SME for technical support to the sales team, including joint calls to provide technical assistance.
  • Resolve in-market AS&S issues, including working with local service agents.
  • Lead the resolution of quality issues affecting installations and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical solutions for customer problems raised through the sales escalation process.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and guide the business on training impacts.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and rapport-building skills, advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and a creative and out-of-the-box thinking approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry network connections, on-the-tools experience as a plumber or similar trade, and a technical qualification in plumbing.
