Key Responsibilities
  1. Showroom Presentation
  • Ensure the showroom is always immaculate, arriving before your shift begins to prepare for the day.
  • Welcome customers warmly, offering personalized assistance and guiding them through our stunning collections.
Client Engagement
  • Engage with both new and existing clients, helping them find the perfect pieces for their homes while delivering exceptional service that encourages long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Sales Process Administration
  • Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email, handling the administrative side of sales with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, logging and tracking interactions for a seamless sales experience.
Team Collaboration
  • Contribute to both personal and team sales targets while collaborating with colleagues to share feedback, develop strategies, and achieve collective success.
Showroom Maintenance
  • Assist with showroom updates and maintain a clean and organized space that reflects our brand's high standards.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a keen interest in design and furniture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferably in retail or furniture).
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Availability to work weekends and a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain showroom presentation to MCM House's high standards.
