We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top talent, shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment plans
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates for key roles across various projects
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process from initial contact through to onboarding new starters
  • Providing regular reports to stakeholders on progress and performance metrics

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change with ease

Desirable Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Human Resources or relevant field would be highly regarded.
