Join Our Team as a UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional UI/UX designer to drive innovative product experiences that elevate our customers' interactions.

  • Create holistic design systems from scratch, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • Take ownership of new design projects, overseeing research, discovery, and delivery phases.
  • Design pixel-perfect modular components for various breakpoints, considering adaptability and accessibility.
  • Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating animations and micro-interactions, to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to conduct customer and brand research, informing data-driven design decisions.
  • Present and facilitate workshops with clients to discuss design directions and goals.
  • Ensure designs are documented according to industry standards.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and skill development in the field.
  • Stay up-to-date with software updates and emerging tools, applying them to optimize design processes.
  • Pursue independent research and stay informed on industry trends and innovations.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Challenge traditional methods to continually improve our design process.
Key Skills & Qualifications

We value professionals with expertise in Figma, accompanied by a deep understanding of design best practices.

  • Proficient in using Photoshop and After Effects or other prototyping tools.
  • Fully comprehend e-commerce usability guidelines and best practices.
  • A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Strong visual communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Curious and committed to ongoing skill development and research.
  • Persuasive abilities, effectively influencing stakeholders and building trust.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language proficiency.
