Job Description">

We are seeking a Consultant to join our Evaluation Team.

The successful candidate will have experience working with government programs, evaluations, assurance reviews, and internal reviews of boards or governance committees.

They will be responsible for data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and providing project support.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities">
  • Data and information analysis, along with synthesising findings
  • Engaging with government and community stakeholders
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings and discussions
  • Providing project support: coordinate and summarise meeting actions, track progress/issues, and prepare status reports
  • Writing client documents which include draft reports, briefings, policies, and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with government policies, guidelines, legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience, preferably within a government environment or in a consulting capacity
  • Demonstrated experience or understanding of evaluation, assurance and review frameworks in the government context
  • An understanding of the application of government policies, guidelines, legislation and regulatory frameworks.
  • High-level analysis skills
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual presentation skills
  • Desire to work closely with clients, being adaptable and responsive
  • Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one)
