Martial Arts Instructor Position

Combat Academy Ipswich is seeking a passionate and community-oriented martial arts instructor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and help students develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality classes to students of all levels
  • Plan and execute progressive lesson plans that challenge and motivate students
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and feedback to help students improve their technique
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive training environment for all participants
  • Collaborate with other staff members to continuously improve the class offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to deliver engaging and effective martial arts instruction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with students of all ages and skill levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current first aid and CPR certifications
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive training environment
