This is a dynamic opportunity to spearhead performance marketing strategies for a leading tourism and entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media plans across digital and traditional platforms, collaborating closely with media agencies and internal teams.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Manage and optimize budgets across search, social, display, and emerging channels to achieve strong ROI.
  • Implement data-driven dashboards to automate, visualize, and present performance insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, including strategy, execution, and campaign optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) and the tools that power performance marketing.
  • A sharp analytical mind with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations, and confidently present ideas to stakeholders.
