We are seeking experienced and skilled individuals to join our team at Wahlburgers in Surfers Paradise.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of consistency in our recipe and menu item execution.
You will work closely with our Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers to ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills, the ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm, as well as knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume environments, preferably in supervisory roles. They will also possess extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and meticulous culinary skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus discounts on meals and merchandise, access to on-the-job training programs in hospitality, and scope to grow within our organisation.
In addition, we provide flexible roster arrangements that take into account your commitments outside of work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
