An exciting chance to contribute as a Dispensing Assistant has emerged in our pharmacy network.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual with a strong background in retail and over-the-counter experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

The successful applicant will assist the pharmacist with dispensing prescriptions, provide over-the-counter service, and maintain an efficient workflow in the dispensary and over-the-counter area. They will also be responsible for putting stock out, keeping shelves tidy, and working at multiple locations within the network.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the pharmacist with prescription dispensing and over-the-counter service
  • Maintain an efficient workflow in the dispensary and over-the-counter area
  • Put stock out and keep shelves organized
  • Work at multiple locations within the network

Essential Qualifications:

  • S2/S3 certificate with recent retail and over-the-counter experience
  • Dispensing experience essential (previous experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Good time management skills
  • Effective decision-making and attention to detail
  • Honest, reliable, positive, and enthusiastic
  • Up-to-date with COVID vaccinations
