Job Overview

The Community Halls Support Lead will oversee administrative and support functions associated with the operation of a network of community halls and a learning centre.

  • Provide leadership to a team, developing a work culture that fosters teamwork, accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop and implement annual community hall activation plans, and lead marketing and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to the development and review of business resources, including website content, work instructions, business systems, forms, and reference material.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and reports, ensuring corporate objectives and milestones are achieved.
About You

You will have experience in operational management of community halls and venues. You will also have experience in effectively leading a team to achieve high-quality service delivery outcomes.

Our facilities can be very busy, and you will work with various stakeholders. You will need to have well-developed time management skills, and an ability to manage priorities and achieve deadlines.
