About the Role

As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests outside of regular business hours. This includes assisting with questions and requests, greeting and registering guests, and maintaining the cleanliness of our cabins and tourist amenities.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a proactive approach to teamwork. You will work on a rotating roster, including weekends and overnight stays, and will be expected to take responsibility for the night phone when on call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Assist with guest queries and requests
  • Greet and register guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness of cabins and tourist amenities

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A National Police check
  • Fire and Emergency Evacuation Accreditation
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Planning and organisational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
